Shipping policy

We ship all orders from Slovenia using Post of Slovenia or GLS, depending on your location and order size.

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your package is shipped.

Preorders:
If your item is marked as preorder, please note the estimated shipping date on the product page. Orders containing preorder items will ship once all items are in stock.

Delivery Times:

  • Slovenia: 1–3 business days

  • EU: 3–7 business days

  • Rest of the world: 7–14 business days

Customs and Import Fees:

Orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your shipping location. These fees are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
